Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need previous experience?
No previous experience is required. Our kayaks and SUP boards are extremely stable and easy to handle. Before departure, our instructors will give you a short briefing on paddling basics, safety rules, and proper equipment handling, so you will feel safe and ready for the adventure, whether you are a beginner or an experienced paddler.
Do I need to know how to swim?
Yes, it is required. Since these are water activities, all participants must know how to swim to ensure maximum safety on the water, even when wearing a life jacket.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows us to provide equipment, go through a short safety briefing, and explain paddling rules so we can start the tour or rental on time.
Where can I store my belongings?
You can leave your belongings at our secure base point. For items you wish to take on the water (e.g. phone, keys), we provide waterproof bags.
Do you provide all necessary equipment?
Yes, the rental/tour price includes all necessary equipment: kayak or SUP board, paddles, life jackets (mandatory for everyone), and waterproof bags. For night tours, additional LED lighting is also provided for safety and visibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash payments only on site.
What is the reservation/cancellation policy?
The reservation is confirmed after …. . Cancellation is free up to …. before the scheduled time. For cancellations within that period, we retain ….. of the amount.
What happens if weather conditions are unsuitable for kayaking/SUP/tour on a given day?
